This is a PVC, soft-vinyl, or other plastic figure kit with pre-painted parts.
Hisashi Imai, lead guitarist of legendary Japanese rock band Buck-Tick, gets his own VCD release from Medicom! He's been sculpted in the style he sported for the 2018 "No.0" tour, including the distinct No.0 button-up shirt. An optional head is included, though, if you prefer his '90s style - and of course, both heads feature the iconic "B-T" mark under his left eye.
