This is a completed toy designed for children.
From "Tropical-Rouge! Precure" comes the Mermaid Aqua Pact used by Cure La Mer in the show!
Recreate the transformation sequence from the show by using the Heart Kuru Ring to unlock the pact, then using the Mermaid Aqua Brush to twirl the palette! Each time the palette is rotated the LED color changes, and a Perfume Shiny Ring is also included so you can attach the Brush to the bottom and use Shabon (Bubble) Form for attacks as well!
