This is a Japanese-language book or magazine about Japanese history or culture.
Kunihiro Horikawa was a master swordsmith who brought a new era to Japanese swords.
Although his life is shrouded in mystery, he eventually settled in Horikawa, Kyoto, where he continued to produce masterpieces of swordsmanship.
After Kunihiro's death, some of his apprentices moved to Osaka, the capital of commerce, and produced gorgeous swords with a different style from those produced in Edo, the capital of samurai, which have remained very popular to this day as Osaka shinto.
This special issue introduces a number of famous swords, from those of Horikawa Kunihiro to the swords of the Horikawa school, which became a major force in Kyoto, and the famous swords of the Osaka shinto!
The full-size fold-out poster will be of Horikawa Kunihiro!
Format: A4 size, flat binding
