Eye structure that completely overturns the conventional wisdom of file milling
Special model that makes full use of craftsmanship and CNC (computer numerical control) milling
The 45-degree curved handle allows for more detailed cutting.
This is completely different from the general type of structure in which the eye is created by hammering in a tagane, and the file eye is constructed by cutting a groove with a CNC milling machine.
As a result of the surface scraping, the surface is very refined and good sharpness is obtained.
Conventional files have a V-shaped bottom as shown in the above figure when the file is driven into the groove, which makes it difficult for shavings to escape and makes it easy to clog the file. The eyes obtained by CNC milling are rounded and wider at the bottom.
