This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.
Remember these blow-up punching dolls? They had heavy sand-filled bases that kept them rocking back up, no matter how many times you hit them; and they were decorated with cartoon heroes and villains and the like. Mine had a clown on it. Come to think of it, that might explain a few things. Anyway, this is a cool blow-up punching doll with Ultraman Nexus on it. It measures 80 cm tall when it's blown up. Kick and punch it all you like but remember: it's all fun and games until someone loses an eye.
