Tomica Limited Vintage NEO
LV-N328a Subaru Forester C/20 (Navy/Gray) 1997 Model

  • The early version of the first-generation Forester makes its debut!
  • Note the differences in exterior design based on trim levels
  • A nostalgic 90s vehicle

The Subaru Forester, launched in 1997, was a crossover that balanced the handling of both passenger cars and SUVs. Initially, only turbo models were available, showcasing the high performance typical of Subaru vehicles at the time. It is considered the origin of the crossover concept.
The first generation later expanded its engine lineup to include NA (naturally aspirated) and 2.5-liter options. Following a significant facelift in 2000, production continued until 2002, making it a popular model.

Now, TLV-NEO presents a new release of the early version of the first-generation Forester using new molds. By creating separate molds for the hood, both turbo (N327a) and NA engine models (N328a) are represented.
Capture the essence of the first-generation Forester, which laid the groundwork for modern Subaru models, in your collection.
