This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
This 1/72-scale kit of the T-1 training aircraft from Platz features decals of markings from Unit 855 of the 5th Technical School at Komaki Base in Aichi Prefecture, worn during 2004 -- the fiftieth anniversary year of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force! The decals are by Cartograf, carefully reproducing the stripes on the fuselage and the special golden tail wing marks. The kit features a configuration that makes it easy to assemble, too.
