Green Stuff World has developed a new phosphorescent pigment that absorbs light and glows in the dark! This pigment is a bright green color; the brightness changes based on the time exposed to light, but it will emit light for about 20 to 30 minutes and gradually fade. It gives your figures, vehicles and dioramas a unique visual effect! Its fixability is weak, so the manufacturer recommends using oil-based clear paint over the top.
