This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.
From Takara's red-hot Japan-release Transformers Armada line, this is Ratchet (known as Red Alert in his Hasbro release on the other side of the ocean). A sizeable paramedic vehicle, this nicely detailed Cyberton is an ambulance that people will be chasing! Ratchet can combine with included Mini-Con figure Hook when transforming to robot mode, and shoots an Energy Blast Torpedo. Hook (a.k.a. Longarm) also transforms, with robot and crane vehicle modes. Packaged in a colorful all-Japanese window box, Ratchet also comes with a character card. Better not wait!
