Kirby has been turned into an electronic musical synthesizer known as an Otamatone! He retains his cute round shape as the base of the instrument, which looks similar to an eighth note in music. A normal Otamatone is about 27cm, but this deluxe version is a big 44cm in size!

The instrument requires two hands to play. Simply use one hand on the stem of the instrument to make sound and control the pitch, and squeeze the head with your other hand to make Kirby's mouth open and the sound come out louder. Different effects can be produced by changing pressure on the head, shaking the neck, and so on, and the electronic sound is similar to a synthesizer.

It comes equipped with a 3.5mm stereo jack, so you can use it headphones, or connect it to a speaker, and play it at high volumes. And by using a corresponding AC adapter (not included), you can play without worrying about batteries.
