The name of Gecco's "Dinomation" figure series combines the words "dinosaur" and "stop-motion animation," and it's their hope that the figures in this lineup remind you of the painstaking sculptures used in stop-motion animation epics produced by masters of the medium like Ray Harryhausen! This highly detailed polystone Spinosaurus features its typical crocodile-like head, the fin-like spines on its back and the rugged texture of its skin. Its toes are webbed to reflect its aquatic nature, and its base is in the image of a waterside jungle, with aquatic plants and thick moss; there's even a turtle lurking nearby! The Spinosaurus's head has been sculpted a little bigger than normal, too, which makes him sort of cute and giving the whole presentation a playfulness.
