This is a book or magazine about drawing techniques or model construction techniques.
"Asahi Camera" magazine unfortunately ceased publication this year; this book is a collection of columns written for that magazine by the great photographer Koichi Akagi! This series thoroughly discusses the fun and charm of film cameras, the evaluation of classic lenses, and how to use and enjoy them. A wide variety of example photos will be included as well. Since this is the final such collection of these columns, some parts will be revised, and some newly written ones will be included too.
Koichi Akagi was born in Tokyo in 1961, He graduated from Tokyo Polytechnic University Junior College, Department of Photography Technology, and is a photographer who works in the editorial and commercial fields. He has worked on everything from discussions on camera mechanisms to photography how-tos, photographic history, and photography book reviews; he uses a wide range of cameras in his work, from prewar Leicas to the latest digital cameras.
