The National Bus Collection 80 series, this time featuring the Hino Blue Ribbon Hybrid of Kyoto Bus, based in Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture. It is mainly operated on routes from Kyoto Station and Shijo-Kawaramachi to Rakuhoku and Ohara. The coloring of the hybrid vehicle, which is based on the image of water and greenery, is also a distinctive feature.

The colored LED directional curtains, the first of their type to be adopted, also help to improve visibility for passengers. The prototype in this product is Car 26 belonging to the Koya Office.
