Historical information from the Heller website:
The 1000 GODIER GENOUD offered by HELLER is a replica of the famous endurance machines that won the Bol d'Or for two consecutive years, 1974 and 1975.
Based on the 1000 KAWASAKI Z1, this machine was indisputably the jewel of the competition. It was nothing more and nothing less than a 1000 Z1 with a reinforced frame for improved road handling, Koni four-position adjustable shock absorbers, 2 Yoshimura camshafts, 4 modified carburettors equipped with cones, a reworked cylinder head and everything was covered by a seat-tank assembly, as well as built-in fairing with double optics. The entire whole was painted in various tones of green… We are talking about KAWASAKI , after all! But to tell the truth, there are no standard machines, since Georges Godier and Alain Genoud built motorcycles based on the client's wishes: "4-in-1" Devil or Dunstall exhaust, JPX alloy or Campagnolo alloy wheels, Lockheed disks and clips, clip-on handlebars, rearset linkages, etc. Thus equipped, the 1000 GODIER GENOUD produced 90 CV from 240 kg.
This motorcycle was a true road machine, with staggering acceleration and exceptional road handling. At high speed, head shake did not occur. Well sheltered behind the fairing that was specially designed for this machine, the driver could drive a high average speed for several hours without tiring. Everything was designed, considered and tested for the driver's comfort. It is hard to get a sense of the total production of motorcycles stamped GODIER-GENOUD, since a large number of bike lovers brought in their bikes to have them custom modified.
