She's wearing the swimsuit seen in #03, "Mahiro's Encounter with the Third Kind." This is a semi-finished figure with a painted head; her head is painted and assemble, and the rest of the figure is unpainted and unassembled, with the parts molded in color. You can use paint and instant glue for plastic models if you like, but you'll also get a great result simply by assembling her without painting!
