This is a resin detail parts set for use with aircraft kits.
The SB 800RS "Kurt" 800kg recoil bomb was a spherical recoil bomb dropped from an aircraft, which was developed by the Germans after analysis of the British "Upkeep" bouncing bomb. This bomb was used to attack moored ships, power plants, dams and similar targets; the bomb would be dropped from a low altitude and would then bounce over the surface of the water. This enabled it to avoid torpedo defense nets, and it would then strike its target, sink for a short time, and then explode, causing immense damage. The effective range was calculated to be about 400 meters, but a rocket propulsion unit with 10-degree angle fins was installed to extend its cruising range to 4,000 meters. The Germans began researching this in 1943, but their tests were unsuccessful, and the plan was discarded before any were actually used in battle.
