This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
Polish aircraft designer Zygmunt Plawski, who graduated from Warsaw Technical University in 1926, developed the P.1 in 1929. This was a monoplane fighter with an all-metal fuselage structure, which was extremely advanced at the time, and featured a distinctive gull wing. Because the main wings were placed high, the pilot had good visibility. Plawski developed a further improved version, the P.7, equipped with a Jupiter VII F engine. The Polish Air Force used 150 of this aircraft. Plawski continued to work on improving the P.7; the new aircraft was equipped with a larger, more powerful engine, and was designated P.11. The first operational version, the P.11a, was powered by a single 575-horsepower Mercury IV S2 air-cooled engine. This engine was originally manufactured by the British company Bristol, but was installed under license in Poland. In Hungary, the P.11a was used for glider towing at the Budapest Technical University, and later as a military training aircraft. Order yours today!
