Hans Henrik Wind (July 30, 1919 - July 24, 1995) was a two-time recipient of the Mannerheim Cross and an ace pilot in the Finnish Air Force. His nickname was "Hasse", which is why some sources refer to him as "Hasse Wind".
In 1941, during the Continuation War, he flew his first shot down in a Brewster Buffalo, and after shooting down 39 planes, he switched to a Messerschmitt Bf109 and scored a total of 36 downed planes with the Merus (the name of the Bf109 in the Finnish Air Force).
He flew 302 sorties with 75 confirmed kills, which is the second highest score in the Finnish Air Force.
