This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.

The RF-4EJ is a modified reconnaissance version of the Air Self-Defense Force's F-4EJ.
The RF-4EJ was equipped with one of three types of reconnaissance pods and an ECM pod on the underside of the fuselage, and the instrument panel in the cockpit was changed to a special one.
It is also known for its distinctive forest camouflage markings in light pine needle, dark pine needle, and ochre.
In addition to the three types of reconnaissance pods and the ECM pods, the instrument panel will be added to this kit in a new mold as a dedicated model for the RF-4EJ.
The camera part of the reconnaissance pod is made of clear parts to enhance the realism.

Features of the kit
  • Reproduces the reconnaissance aircraft type RF-4EJ.
  • Equipped with three types of pods included. Reproduced in a new mold.
  • Pod can be selected ECM + LOROP / ECM + TAC / TACER.
  • Cockpit is renewed in a new mold design.
  • The central part of the torso is molded in one piece by slide mold.
  • Highly detailed panel lines.
  • Other details inside the cockpit are reproduced precisely by laser engraving.
  • Small holes lined up in the splitter vanes are also reproduced by sculpture.
  • Precise reproduction of the inside of the heat exhaust.
  • Canopy is selectable open or closed. Closed canopy is a separate part.
  • Horizontal tail fin is designed to be fixed at an easy and accurate angle.
  • Separate parts for the heat resistant plate in the tail section. Can be assembled after painting.
  • Total length when completed: 266mm, width: 164mm, height: 69mm.
