Description

This is a resin detail parts set for use with military vehicle kits.


The SW-36 was one of the most widely used anti-aircraft searchlights in the German Army during World War II.
The SW-36 was capable of illuminating aircraft flying at an altitude of 1,500 metres with a range of 3 to 5 kilometres.
Due to the relatively narrow range of the projected light, it was often operated in conjunction with light anti-aircraft guns such as the FlaK 30 and FlaK 38. Sd.Ah.51 trailers were used to move the SW-36.
After the Great War, the Czechoslovakian Army operated a number of these as '60N Searchlights'.
