This fantastic set brings together all the Japanese Navy warships that took part in the ill-fated attempt to defend Okinawa, Operation Ten 1-Go, also referred to as "Operation Kikusui." From the battleship Yamato to her destroyer escorts, this set of fully assembled, fully painted 1/700 Waterline Series ships recreates the Japanese naval force that departed for Okinawa on April 6, 1945.

This set includes a total of 10 ships: battleship Yamato (Tamiya), light cruiser Yahagi (Tamiya), and destroyers Yukikaze (Aoshima), Hamakaze (Aoshima), Isokaze (Aoshima), Suzutsuki (Aoshima), Fuyutsuki (Aoshima), Hatsushimo (Aoshima), Asashimo (Hasegawa), and Kasumi (Hasegawa). Each completely finished model is mounted on a nice base with nameplate, ready to display.
