To celebrate the revival of Bus No. 3491, a new version of the Isuzu BU04 model from TLV-NEO has been released. This new model is updated to reflect the current restoration, with a focus on accuracy, including the installation of a diesel particulate filter (DPF) to meet emissions regulations in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

The body color of the bus has been carefully matched to the exact shade used for the restoration of the actual vehicle. Additionally, the interior and exterior details have been refined for a more realistic presentation.
