This is a posable doll with real fabric clothing, designed for collectors.
Action figure of the famous World War II Luftwaffe pilot "Erich Hartmann". Hartmann holds an incredible record of 352 kills. His style was surprisingly bold as he would close to within 150 feet of his opponents before firing. Inside of 2 years of combat he had received the Knights Cross with Diamonds. He was captured by the Soviets and served 10 years in their prison camps before he was allowed to return to Germany. Upon returning he received a hero's welcome and took command of a jet fighter wing in the new Budesluftwaffe.
This figure is based on the "New Generation" body where all the joints are hidden bellow an outside skin. Even the fingers are moveable. The likeness is amazing. His uniform is the basic set he preferred with custom leather jacket over plain uniform with a the Schwimmvest model 10-30 flotation vest. Accessories include flare gun, watch, luger and holster. The three versions of the Knights Cross (plain, Oak Leaves and Oak Leaves with Diamonds) are also included.
