This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
This 1/48-scale model kit from Platz reproduces the Imperial Japanese Navy's carrier-based fighter, the Zero Fighter. It was based on the A6M2, Type 21. The parts for this kit are manufactured by Eduard. The shape of the fuselage and wings, as well as the panel lines, are all delicately reproduced; the engine in the nose is also modeled in detail.
