Description

This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.

The Harrier is the world's first practical vertical take-off and landing aircraft, developed by Hawker Siddeley of the United Kingdom; the AV-8A is the GR.1A (also called Harrier Mk.50) adopted by the United States Marine Corps in 1971. Although the Spanish Navy decided to use the Harrier in 1971, it could not be purchased directly from Britain, which had a weapons ban policy against the Franco administration, and the AV-8A was handed over to the United States and used for training. The AV-8S was transferred to the Spanish Navy. Its formal name as a Spanish military aircraft is VA.1, and the nickname is Matador. The Matador was operated as a carrier-based aircraft from the light aircraft carrier Dedalo, a former Independence-class aircraft carrier once known as USS Cabot.

This kit from Mig Jimenez includes two types of ejection seats; the angle of the exhaust nozzle can be changed, and the intake can be opened and closed. Photo-etched parts are also included. Order yours now!
