Description

This is a completed plastic or resin display car model.

Skoda first unveiled their sturdy and successful small car in 1934. It was powered by a 995cc 4-stroke engine with a 20hp output, and was able to accelerate to 85km/h. The body was made of wood and steel. Skoda released the 420 Rapid and 418 Popular in 1935, and the 420 Popular had been released in 1934. This small, two-seater car had a rounded and harmonious body with small tail fins. The engine took in cooling air from a large radiator grille and side air intakes. There was no trunk; two spare tires were stored in the rear. Little is known about the background, purpose and manufacture of these vehicles.

Autocult's completed resin display model of the 1934 Skoda Popular Special Sport in Ivory is limited to 333 pieces -- order yours today!
