This is a die-cast metal, plastic or resin display car model.
This is a superbly finished, highly detailed model of the Sauber Mercedes C9 #61 car as driven by Henry Pescarolo, Mike Thackwell, and Hideki Okada at the 1987 Le Mans race. The rear body section is removable to show off all the incredible engine, chassis, and suspension detail. The interior is beautiful, too! Mounted on a black plastic base with name and data inscriptions, in a clear plastic case to help keep it free of dust and fingerprints.
