This is a spacecraft model.
A fully finished, ready-to-display model of NASA's Delta II rocket, with launch pad. This model represents the Deep Impact spacecraft that was launched in 2005 to impact with comet Tempel I.

Also, figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer's defects.
