This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

At the end of World War II, the German Army lost its air superiority, and tanks and other ground troops suffered from air attacks by Allied fighters. To deal with this, the German Army developed various self-propelled anti-aircraft vehicles equipped with anti-aircraft guns. One of them was the Kugelblitz, an anti-aircraft tank using the body of the Panzer IV and equipped with a dedicated turret. Unlike many anti-aircraft vehicles, it had a fully enclosed turret, and was the first German vehicle to be equipped that way. Initially, it was planned to develop an anti-aircraft tank by mounting the 3cm twin anti-aircraft turret developed for U-boats on the Panzer IV, but the turret design needed to be changed, and a new turret was planned. The fully enclosed turret has a unique double structure and armor plate that surrounds it 360 degrees. Two 3cm anti-aircraft guns FlaK 103/38 are installed in parallel. It boasts an effective range of 5,700 meters and a rate of fire of 880 shots per minute for a huge amount of destructive power, but unfortunately production did not succeed due to the violent air races of the Allied forces, and the war ended without an opportunity to fully demonstrate its power.

This model kit from Dragon features detailed modeling on the turret and interior; the turret can swivel a full 360 degrees after completion, and the double-barreled 3cm anti-aircraft gun FlaK 103/38 can move up and down. The body parts used are those of the Panzer IV; the upper part of the hull, which has been modified to match the Kugelblitz turret with the turret ring diameter, pursues accuracy with special parts, along with the hatch. In addition, the detailing of the engine deck, fenders, in-vehicle tools and spare wheels are all delicately expressed. The suspension is realistically reproduced, and Magic Tracks are included for ease of assembly.
