The important part of German Wehrmacht motorization was the manufacturing of special all-road passenger cars. There were three types of uniform passenger cars designed, light, medium and heavy. The light uniformed all-road car "Ieichten Gelande Einheits Personen-Kraftwagen" was manufactured by Stoewer Company, BMW and Hanomag since 1936.
