Description

This is a fundamental building material for use in scratch-building or customizing models.

This acrylic mold mold allows you to create your own realistic bricks and paving stones equivalent to 1/35, 1/32, and 1/48.

Various surface textures and patterns that replicate real bricks can be reproduced to produce high-quality diorama accessories.

The best material to fill the mold is a synthetic resin paper clay that hardens by air-drying, such as Modeling Clay DAS.

Usage:

1. clean the mold of dust and debris. 2.

2. apply cooking paper, wet kitchen paper, masking tape, or [GSWD-10354] Paint Utensils S (A6) size Mylar stencil sheet to one side of the mold.

3. Place the mold on a flat surface with the sheeted side down.

4. Fill the mold with paper clay. Press the rounded clay with your fingers so that it fills the mold to the depths. The thickness of the brick can be adjusted according to the amount of clay to be filled.

5. flatten the surface. Remove excess clay from the surface with the plastic spatula provided.

6. Allow the clay to dry until it hardens.

7. When the clay has hardened completely, slowly and carefully peel off the sheet attached to the mold. 

8. remove the brick. Use the handle of a brush or other rounded tip to gently poke the brick and push it out of the mold.

9. smooth the sharp edges of the brick. Place the brick on the palm of your hand or other surface, grasp it with both hands, and shake it gently. 

10. use the brick. They can be used for paving roads, decorating walls, etc. Use instant adhesive or acrylic sealer such as [GSWD-4149] Medium Decoupage Matte (matte) for gluing.
