Description
This is an injection-plastic field gun model kit.
The Bofors 37mm Anti-Tank Gun is an anti-tank gun developed by the Swedish company Bofors in the early 1930s.
It was exported to various countries and saw significant action, particularly in the early stages of World War II.
In the early 1930s, Sweden placed an order with Bofors for a new 37mm caliber anti-tank gun.
In response, Bofors began development in 1931.
The initial prototype gun weighed a hefty 800kg to suppress recoil, but thanks to the development of a multi-chamber muzzle brake, its weight was successfully reduced to 400kg.
Crucially, the gun was guaranteed to penetrate a 20mm armor plate tilted at 30 degrees from a distance of 1000m.
The shield also has a distinctive shape and is 5mm thick.
Due to its excellence as an anti-tank gun, the Bofors 37mm Anti-Tank Gun was exported to various countries.
