This is an injection-plastic passenger car kit.

The Chevrolet Camaro, first introduced in 1967, gained popularity as a sporty high performance car from the beginning with the 2-door hard top and the convertible body.  Although it was out of the Chevrolet lineup once in 2002, it was revived in 2009 thanks to the demand of car fans. In 2017 it was decided to have a commemorative year of the 50th anniversary of the Camaro's birth.

The third-generation Camaro whose production was continued with model changes was a type that was in the lineup from 1982 to 1992. The two-door coupe body with a big rear gate was characterized as having a sharp style with edge effect. Since 1983, updating of each part, such as a fuel-injected engine, was planned.

The model reproduces the 1983 type Camaro Z 28 in 1/25 scale. This is a re-release of the kit that was released at that time in accordance with the 50th anniversary of the birth of Camaró in 2017.  The box art is a commemorative kit specification that includes a special decal in addition to displaying the mark of the 50th anniversary.

In addition to fully reproducing the coupe body of the third generation Camaro Z28 with sharp style, it also features a V-type 8-cylinder engine with a crossfire air filter system. The auxiliary equipment is fully reproduced, and the chassis also has a three-dimensional finish up to the driving system such as the drive shaft from the front and rear.  Plated 5-spoke wheels are also included. In addition, the interior reproduces features such as 2 + 2 sheet layout and dashboard, which does not change from the first generation.
