This is an injection-plastic racing car model kit.
From the manufacturer:
Every June, France sees the running of a prestigious and grueling endurance racing event, and 1991 was a special year for fans of Japanese motoring as the Mazda 787B became the first car from a Japanese manufacturer to win this famous and demanding race. The car was powered by the 2,166cc 4-rotor R26B rotary engine that incorporated a variable intake induction system, peripheral port injection, and three spark plugs for each rotor. This model features body parts molded in white for ease of painting, with green livery sections and white dashed lines depicted by decals.
