Description

This is a racing car model kit assembled from parts made of resin, white metal, photo-etched metal and possibly other materials.

For advanced car modelers, it doesn't get any better than Model Factory Hiro's kits, and this new Ferrari 248F1 doesn't disappoint! The main body is a combination of metal inner pieces and a resin cover delicately formed to accurately reproduce the complex curves of the modern F1 car's cowling. The engine and suspension detail are white metal. Wings and detailed body aero work are photo-etched sheets of thin metal. Machined metal brake assemblies, pre-formed metal wheels, preprinted rubber tires and other detail parts round out a set that even comes with cloth to cut for the seat belts (Sabelt logos are provided, too, and of course there are photo-etched buckles). Comes with decals for both #5 Schumacher and #6 Massa as they appeared at the 2006 China GP. Truly a drool-inducing kit for advanced modelers! Instructions in English are provided.
