Description
This is an N Gauge freight car model.
Starting in 1964, a total of 2,436 of the Tora 23000 and Tora 35000 train freight cars were modified to carry raw wood chips. Because they get very heavy when wet, a rain shield had to be added to protect the chips in bad weather.
This eight-car set includes the most popular Tora 35000 modified cars, a type that was active all over Japan except for Hokkaido (the cars were used in Hokkaido in later years). They include rain covers, and the individual cars' markings and numbers are clearly reproduced. Order yours today!
