From Model Factory Hiro:
[About the Ferrari 126CK]
In the year of 1981, the Ferrari team entered a new machine equipped with a v6 turbo engine – the 126CK, designed to replace the 312T series that ran in the 1970s. Having recovered from the terrible season of 1980, the 126CK managed two victories during its year. In the following year several upgrades and changes were added to make the 1982 entry – the 126C2. Within its own season, various upgrades to the engine and wheel were made over time. By the end of the season the 126CK looked like a completely different car compared to the one that raced at the opening of the season. We are proud to present five variations of this Formula 1 car: including the early build driven by Villeneuve to win the Monaco GP, the “126CK B-type” used at the Dutch GP which features a different monocoque, body cowl, wings, suspension etc., two versions based off the build used at the opening race, and the Canadian GP build which features rain tires.
