This is a series of gashapon (capsule toys) or trading figures depicting characters or people.

Here's a very cool collectible series: drums! A 1/12-scale drum set! Some say drum "kit," but it's all the same...and just as cool! The entire set comes in five separate (and randomly packed) boxes, each with parts of the set inside. Here's how they come: A: Snare drum with double-braced stand and double-braced hi-hat pedal with hi-hat cymbals; B: Bass drum and kick pedal; C: Floor tom and crash cymbal on a double-braced half boom stand; D: Tom tom (small) with ride cymbal on a double-braced straight stand; E: Tom tom (large) with drum throne. No sizes are given, but I'd say the drums seem to represent the standard sizes for a five-piece kit, with a 22" bass drum, 12" and 13" toms, and a 16" floor tom, all in standard (not power) depths. The snare looks like it's supposed to be a 14" drum with standard 5 1/2" depth. All the hardware is very accurately rendered, too! All in all, a very cool representation of a fine set of drums. The five box types as listed above come in red or black, for a sub-total of 10 types...and of course there's the ubiquitous "secret item," for a grand total of 11 possible types. You can mix and match all the pieces, too, to make a cool Max Roach three-piece kit, a monstrous Neil Peart double-bass kit (is Neil still using two kicks these days?), or anything in between!
