This useful gadget from Kotobukiya makes it much easier to apply facial-expression decals to unpainted "Sosai Shojo Teien" faces! This is a full-fledged auxiliary tool that's been designed by Maruya Yunosuke, the prototype director of the "Sosai Shojo Teien" series, who uses this tool when creating prototypes and painted samples!
- The single-type base can be used for general decal application; it allows you to attach bangs to the face plate to check the balance of the eyebrow position.
- The double-type base is convenient for copying existing painted parts, and can be used to attach both unpainted and painted facial plates. It allows you to work while looking at the face you want to use as a reference, making it much easier to create a unified finish; you can also attach bangs to check the balance of the eyebrow position.
- A pair of guide rails are also included that can be attached to either base; a grid is engraved in the center to measure the distance between the eyes, allowing you to check for balance.
- The removable handle part can also be attached to the base; use it to fix the base into styrofoam or something similar to keep the face plate stationary while it's drying.
