This is an action toy, with some die-cast metal parts, of a science fiction/anime character or item.
Yatter Ankou is here to save the day from the evil scheming Doronjo and her henchmen! Measuring 37cm in length, this all-terrain anglerfish robot features an openable hatch that reveals its cockpit, which can house either Yatterman 1 and 2 figures (both linked below) or any of the Bikkuri-Dokkiri Mecha (the Yatterman 1 and 2 figures and Bikkuri-Dokkiri Mecha shown in the photos below are sold separately). The back compartment can be opened to store up to nine Bikkuri-Dokkiri Mecha. Open Yatter Ankou's mouth, fold out the rail, and press the lever down to launch three Bikkuri-Dokkiri Mecha simultaneously!
