Handmade by a blacksmith who is well-versed in ancient traditional methods and also a modern artist, this kitchen knife set is made with Yasugi blue steel for excellent sharpness and durability; they're very easy to sharpen with a grindstone. Their different shapes make it easy to take care of just about any kitchen chore. Simply wash with hot water and dry thoroughly to keep them looking their best.
