This versatile kitchen knife is individually handmade by a master craftsman using techniques over 100 years old. It features a beautiful and delicate Damascus pattern, achieved by using multiple layers of steel, much like how samurai swords are formed.
The Santoku knife is commonly used in the home and can be used for cutting a variety of different ingredients such as vegetables, meat, fish, etc.
