This is a series of gashapon (capsule toys) or trading figures depicting characters or people.

These original cuties are the Tetsudo Musumes, which roughly translates as "Young Ladies of the Railway." Basically a showcase of railroad workers' uniforms, the lineup includes Hibari Shirakawa in a waitress uniform, Sakura Monden in a railway police uniform, Minami Kurihashi in a station staff uniform, Chitose Funabashi in a station staff uniform, Miyuki Takano in a conductress uniform, and Alice Kuji in a motorman uniform...at least, that's what it says on the box! There are six basic types, with an additional four variations and one "secret item," for a total of 11 possible variations. Sold by the randomly-packed assortment of 8.
