This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.
It's Lightning McQueen, that charismatic race car from the movie "Cars!" And this time he's in his normal Rust-eze Bumper Ointment race colors. Not only does he look cool, but if you push down on the trunk, he'll speak and make engine noises! He only speaks Japanese, though...two phrases: "Yosh', Kachow!" (well, that's kinda half-English), and "Yeah, yeah, yeah, Raitoningu Makkuiin da yo!" ("Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm Lightning McQueen!").
