A skilled saw craftsman uses 0.6mm thick steel (hagane) to create an intricate edge with 10-micron precision on both sides of the blade along the entire perimeter. This tool can chamfer and trim the inner and outer edges of various cylindrical objects, thanks to the different peak points and opening angles.
To enhance cutting efficiency, an 8-degree angle is applied to the four edges of the blade, increasing its cutting capability. This tool allows you to smoothly and evenly trim the edges and openings of cylindrical parts to match the scale of your models, achieving a clean finish. It can also be used for deburring.
