This is a tool for use in model assembly.
Hasegawa's metal tool for stamping rivets. (The package calls it a rivet "stumper," but that's probably just a wee bitty transliteration problem going from the katakana to romaji...it's a stamper, not a stumper!) Use this tool to stamp 0.4mm rivets onto the surface of your models. Very realistic!
