This is a posable action figure from the Revoltech series.

The mighty F-22A Raptor EMD Phase from "Muv-Luv Alternative" joins the Revoltech ranks! It's about 12.5cm tall, and extensively jointed for ultimate posability. It's armed to the teeth with two AMWS-21 assault rifles, two CIWS-1B weapons, a posable weapon stretcher system, two jump units, four extra hands, an effect base for emphasis, a display stand and a handy Revocontainer to keep its spare parts in when they're not being used.
