This is felt tipped or other porous-tipped pens and markers.
Very nice, subtle paint markers for use in detailing your painted plastic kits. Please note that you need to use a clear top coat over your paint to protect it, as the alcohol in these markers will disturb the paint. Includes five markers and a colorless blender.
