Pullip Chelsea is a vivid monotone dream in her reversible duffle coat with a cat-ear hood, worn over a leopard-print T-shirt dress with a black tulle skirt. A studded silvery-metal belt and engineer boots add an aggressive touch, while the high argyle socks and ribbon headband add sweetness.
