The VF-1J Armored Valkyrie from the TV anime "Super Dimension Fortress Macross" joins the "PLAMAX" model-kit lineup from Max Factory! This Battroid Valkyrie is fitted with a weapon container and drop tank, and by deliberately eliminating the need for transformation or armored equipment attachment and detachment mechanisms, it retains the powerful, cohesive form seen in the design drawings and the anime. It's molded in six colors, and you can achieve a realistic finish simply by assembling it and applying the waterslide decals. You can also paint it to create an even more realistic look. The weapon container hatches can be displayed open or closed, allowing you to assemble it in the full-load micromissile firing position, recreating the memorable scene from Episode 9 of the anime, "Miss Macross."
